Welcome to Office Hours: Launch Lab! We are excited to begin this journey with you as part of Allied OMS’s year-long associate development program – designed to equip new surgeons with the knowledge, tools, and mentorship essential to thriving in private practice. 

Launch Lab builds on the broader Office Hours ecosystem—including Office Hours: Resident Resources, Office Hours: Clinical Conversations, and After Hours: Dinner with the Doctors—to create a structured and highly practical curriculum. Over the next year, you’ll engage with carefully selected books, podcasts, and TED Talks, supported by regular touchpoints designed to reinforce learning, answer questions, and provide individualized guidance. 

This weekend brings our participants together to learn, connect, and experience Spear’s world-class education firsthand.
